摘　　要：本方法采用硝酸,氢氟酸溶解试样,高氯酸冒烟赶氟,盐酸(1+1)溶解盐类1,用ICP-OES同时测定硅铝钡中铝、钡。通过多次试验确定仪器的最佳工作条件,并对影响测定的主要参数进行研究,本方法对试样中铝、钡的检测结果令人满意,相对标准偏差RSD均小于1.6%。This method adopted nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid to deliquesce the sample and perehloric acid to purge fluorine, hydrochloric acid（ 1 ＋ 1 ） to deliquesces the salts. The contents of Al and Ba in Si - Al - Ba alloy is determined by ICP - AES simutaneously . The optimal operating conditions of the apparatus and the primary parameters having great influences on the determination have been found. The method was used to determine Al and Ba in Si - Al - Ba alloy with satisfactory results. The relative standard deviations of the Al and Ba are all less than 1.6%.
