摘 要:以间二氯苯和正丁酰氯为原料,通过付氏反应合成2,4-二氯苯基丁酮。通过对加料温度、反应温度、反应时间及原料比等影响因素的研究,找到2,4-二氯苯基丁酮合成的最佳反应条件:氯化铝和正丁酰氯的摩尔比为1.3:1、当滴加正丁酰氯的温度在0-10℃、反应温度为100-110℃及反应时间为8小时时,反应收率从38%提高到65%。2,4-Dichlorophenylbutanone was synthesized with m-dichlorobenezene and n-butyryl chloride via Friedel-Crafts acylation reaction mechanism. The factors of reaction such as temperature of dropping, reaction temperature, reaction time and the ratio of the raw materials were discussed in detail. The optimum reaction condition was found. When the molar ratio of AlCl3:n-butyryl chloride was 1.3:1, n-butyryl chloride was added at 0-10℃, reaction temperature was 100-110℃ for 8h, the yield ratio of 2,4-dichlorophenylbutanone was improved from 38% to 65%.
