摘　　要：内联引资直接反映区域经济中心的集聚效应和扩散效应,以及城市竞争力。而天津市作为环渤海经济中心城市和北方重要经济中心,基本上是外资投资拉动型经济,对周围地区的辐射和拉动作用远没有充分体现。在投资结构、投资行业和资金来源方面亟待作出重大调整,以此提升中心城市竞争力和发挥区域经济中心的作用。Domestic direct investment （DDI） directly reflects the accumulative effect, the diffusive effect, as well as city competitiveness as the regional economic center. Tianjin as the city of economic center in the Area of Bohai Sea and the economic center in the North, is basically driven by the investment of foreign capital, and has little radiation and pull effect to the neighborhood and the peripheral area. Hence Tianjin needs to make the significant adjustment in such aspects as the investment structure, the investment industry and the sources of capital financing, so as to improve the competitiveness of the center city and exert the function of regional economy center.
