摘　　要：毛泽东法制思想是毛泽东思想的重要组成部分,是马列主义与中国革命和建设具体实践相结合的产物。毛泽东法制思想的形成、发展有其深刻的时代背景,其原则和内容也极为丰富,并且从第二次国内内革命战争时期开始至今,一直是我们法制建设的指导思想,我们不能因为毛泽东同志晚年犯的一些错误,而否定其法制思想的存在和指导作用。Mao Zedong＇ s legal thought is an important part of Mao Zedong Thought and a product of combination of Marxism and Leninism with the actual practice of China＇ s revolution and construction. Mao Zedong＇ s legal thought has its own profound background of the times and its principles and contents are very rich. Since the beginning of the Second Civil War, it has been the guiding thought of our legal construction. We can never deny the existence and the guiding role of this legal thought just because of some mistakes made by Mao Zedong in his late time.
