摘 要:研究等温变形的条件下形变热处理对TA15近α型钛合金显微组织细化的效果。结果表明,复合形变热处理可明显细化TA15钛合金的显微组织,并在一定程度上改善TA15钛合金的综合力学性能。单相区的高温形变热处理可细化β晶粒并获得细针状马氏体α′和亚稳态的β相,两相区较低温度的形变热处理,可进一步细化由α′马氏体和亚稳β相分解而来的细针状α+β相。经过复合形变热处理,TA15钛合金的室温性能和高温性能均有所提高,其中高温持久性能提高幅度较大,但是室温伸长率稍有下降。复合形变热处理是细化钛合金显微组织和提高力学性能的有效途径。The refining effect of multiple thermomechanical heat treatment on the microstructure of the near-alpha TA15 titanium alloy was studied.The results indicate that the multiple thermomechanical heat treatment can markedly refine the microstructure of TA15 alloy,and the mechanical properties of TA15 alloy can be improved.In single phase region,the high-temperature thermomechanical heat-treatment can refine β grains and the microstructure of fine-acicular martensite α′ and meta-stable β phase is obtained.The fine-acicular α+β phase dissolved from martensite α′ and meta-stable β phase is further refined by low-temperature thermomechanical heat treatment.The mechanical properties of the TA15 alloy at room temperature and high temperature are improved in some extent by the multiple thermomechanical heat treatment.At the same time,the creep rupture strength of the alloy increases obviously,but its elongation at room temperature drops slightly.The multiple thermomechaincal heat treatment is an effective process for refining microstructure and improving mechanical property of titanium alloy.
