摘 要:针对满应力设计方法不能直接用于离散变量结构优化问题,把近似满应力设计方法和相对差商法结合起来,给出了适用于离散变量结构优化的2级算法,提高了相对差商法的收敛速度,该算法不仅能直接解决具有应力约束和截面尺寸约束的离散变量结构优化设计问题,而且也能同时处理具有位移约束等全局性约束的多工况、多约束、多变量的离散变量结构优化设计问题,根据该算法编制了相应的计算程序,算例结果表明,该方法对于离散变量结构优化设计非常有效。The approximate full-stress design method associated with the relative difference quotient method, a 2-level optimization algorithm was presented for structural optimum design with discrete variables, which overcame that the imitative full-stress design method could not be used for the structural optimum design with discrete variables, and improved constringency of the relative difference quotient method greatly. The structural optimum design with discrete variables under stress and section size constraints can be directly calculated; and the structural discrete optimization with multi-loading, multi-variable and multi-constraint (including disaplacement constraints) can also be dealt with by this method. A relevant computer program was developed for the method. The method was illustrated by two numerical examples. The results of the examples showed that the algorithm was efficient.
