摘　　要：为提高JC7．3-18．2 tex精梳纱的质量,精梳后采用德国特吕茨勒公司的HSR1000型自调匀整并条机,进行单道并合。经过近6个月的运行,车台运转良好,质量稳定,文章介绍了在操作、维修、调整过程中的注意事项。To raise the quality of combed yam, HSR1000 drwing frame with autoleveller is imported from Germany and used to draw JC7.3 - 18.2 tex pure cotton combed yarn. The six-month operation of the drawing frame shows the quality is stable. This article introduces the attentions in the operation, maintenance and adjustment of this equipment.
