摘　　要：在分析竹浆纤维性能的基础上,设计了系列竹棉混纺纱及竹棉涤三组分混纺包芯纱机织产品,结合生产实际介绍了具体生产工艺与技术要点。生产可在普通棉纺织设备上进行,产品综合性能好,但工艺确定时应考虑竹纤维强力较低,表面较平滑、吸放湿能力强等特点。On the basis of analyzing the properties of bamboo pulp fiber, this paper introduces the production process and essential technology of the series products： bamboo/cotton and bambeo/cotton/terylene core yarn, which can be produced on common cotton weaving equipment when attentions to the low strength,smooth surface and strong wet absorption and ventilation of the bamboo fiber are taking into fully consideration.
