苎麻导湿凉爽针织面料的研究

摘　　要：降低苎麻纤维的刚度是使苎麻获得良好针织可编性的一种方法,而采用麻包涤纱能使其获得编织所需的强度。通过选择合适的组织结构及采用亲水性后整理工艺开发出了三种针织面料,经相关性能的测试,证明其具有良好的导湿快干性能,使苎麻的潜在快速吸湿及散湿转变成了显性的吸放湿。Lowering the stiffness of ramie is a method to improve the knittability of knitted fabric. The ramie/polyester yarn provides enough tenacity for knitting. Three knifed fabrics were developed by adopting proper fabric stitch and hydrophilic finishing. Relevant tests show that the fabrics are of good wicking and quick dry. Therefore inherent fast absorption and desorption of ramie become apparent.
