减少针织品横档的纺纱生产实践

摘　　要：文章分析了生产过程中由纱线造成的针织横档的主要原因。长期生产实践证实,针织横档与原料的混合、机械设备状态、纱线百米质量CV值、操作等因素有关,要减少针织横档,必须以系统工程纺纱学的思想,从原料的选配至细纱机间的每一道工序进行严格质量控制,文中总结了在纺纱过程中为减少针织横档所采取的具体措施。Through a long-term production praetee, the main causes of the barres caused by knitgoods yarn are analyzed in this paper. Production practice confirmed that the barres relates to the mixture of raw materials, mechanical state of equipments, hundred meter CV number of yarn and knitting operation etc. In order to reduce the barres, systematical spinning engineering and strict quality control from raw material selection to each process in yarn spinning have to be followed. Some specific measures to reduce barres are summarized.
