摘　　要：目的:研究力克肺疾(Dipasic,D)治疗复治性肺结核的临床疗效。方法:110例复治肺结核病例给予D0.9g/d^1.2g/d,分3次口服。结果:治疗3个月,痰菌阴转率43.6%,病灶吸收好转率87.2%,空洞闭合率55.2%,治疗12个月痰菌阴转78.2%。结论:治疗复治性肺结核,D是有效、安全、方便、值得推广使用的药物。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Dipasic on relapse tuberculosis, Mothods 110 patients with relapse tuberculosis were given Dipasic, with a dosage of 0.9 g to 1.2 g daily, oral administration three times a day. Results After 3 month＇s treatment, the sputum bacteria negative returned rate was 43.6%, focal lesion absorptive rate was 87.2%, cavity closure rate was 55.2%, afte 12 month＇s treatment, bacteria negative returned rate was 78.2%. Oonclusion Dipasici is an effective, safe and convenient drug in the treatment of relapse tuberculosis, which is worth spreading application.
