关于济南市水资源优化配置的初步探讨

摘　　要：济南市作为全国重点缺水城市之一,水资源短缺成为制约济南市经济社会可持续发展的瓶颈因素.水资源优化配置作为解决城市水资源短缺的重要手段,它的实施对保证整个济南市国民经济的可持续发展起着重要的支撑作用.济南市水资源优化配置的实施可以从工程手段和非工程手段入手开展开来,从而保证济南市水资源的可持续利用.Ji＇nan City as a key national water- shortage cities, water shortages have become bottleneck factor of sustainable economic and social development of Ji＇nan. Optimal allocation of water resources as an important means of addressing the shortage of urban water resources, its implementation plays an important role in supporting sustainable development throughout the Ji＇nan＇s economy. Ji＇nan City optimal allocation of water resources from the implementation of projects undertaken by means of engineering and non - engineering means, thus ensuring the sustainable use of water resources of Ji＇nan City.
