养心活血散对冠心病的预防和治疗作用

摘　　要：目的通过简单的中药组方及辨证对冠心病及冠脉急症后(冠心病Ⅱ级预防)和冠心病易发人群(冠心病Ⅰ级预防)进行观察,以探索传统医药在冠心病防治方面的独到之处。方法由红参、三七、西洋参三味中药组成养心活血散,分别按体质偏寒者3∶2∶1、体质偏热者1∶2∶3、舌质紫暗者2∶3∶2的比例和用量,服用1～3个疗程后,观察患者症状、体征、血压、血脂、血糖、心电图、彩色多普勒超声心动图等变化,统计分析结果。结果治疗组和对照组比较在临床症状记分、心电图WagnerQRS记分、彩超心功能参数测定(LVEF、VE/VA)均有非常显著差异,预防治疗组与预防对照组在血压、血糖、血脂改善方面均有显著差异。结论本虚标实是冠心病的共同病因病机,气虚血瘀是冠心病的共性,以益气养心活血为原则组方的养心活血散用于冠心病Ⅱ级预防和Ⅰ级预防均有良好作用。Objective:To observe the population susceptible to CHD,and patients in or after acute CHD (secondary and primary prevention of coronary heart disease) with simple formulas and theories of TCM,so as to find out the unique function of them for CHD.Methods:Patients were orally given Yangxinhuoxue Powder(养心活血散), composed of Red ginseng,panax notoginseng and American ginseng for one to 3 treatment schedule.Then symptoms,signs,blood pressure,blood lipids,blood glucose,electro cardio- graph and color Doppler electrocardiograph were recorded and analyzed statistically.These data were compared with the control group treated with western medicine for the same duration using chi- square tese.Results: Significant differences were found between the study treated group and the control treated group in aspects of clinical symptom score,electrocardiograph Wagner QRS score and color Doppler cardiac functional parameters(LEF,VE/VA).Meanwhile,significant differences were also found between the study prevented group and the control prevented group in terms of improving blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipids.Conclusion:Deficiency in Origin and Excess in Superficiality is the shared etiology and pathology of CHD,while Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis is the common character.Thus as a formula composed in principle of Qi- Replenishing,Heart- Nourishingand Blood Activating, YangXinhuoxue Powder can be good for both the secondary and the primary prevention of CHD.
