摘 要:目的探讨饮食护理对治疗老年高血压的干预效果。方法随机选取60例已确诊为高血压的老年患者,填写“高血压饮食调查表”,对回收的调查表进行归类分组,A组:认为饮食控制无所谓,只要坚持服用降压药。B组:长期的饮食习惯比较好,但是不坚持服用降压药。C组:饮食控制得比较好,又坚持服用降压药。结果A组15例,占25%;B组10例,占16.7%;C组35例,占58.3%。结论饮食护理在高血压病的控制中占有举足轻重的地位,它应贯穿疾病治疗的全过程。Objective The discussion diet nursing to treat the old age hypertension the intervention effect. Methods Stochastically selects 60 examples to diagnose for hypertension old age patient, fills in " hypertension diet examination table", carries on the classification grouping to the recycling examination table, A group: Thought the diet control does not matter, so long as persisted takes the blood pressure medicine. B group: The long-term diet custom quite is good, but did not persist takes the blood pressure medicine. C group: The diet controis quite well, also persisted takes the blood pressure medicine. Results A group of 15 examples, account for 25% ; B group of 10 examples, account for 16. 7% ; C group of 35 examples, account for 58. 3%. Conclusion The diet nursing in the control which hypertension gets sick holds the pivotal status, it should pass through the entire process which disease treats.
