摘　　要：目的对2001～2005年娄底市狂犬病的流行特征进行分析，以明确了解近5年娄底市狂犬病流行态势与防控效果，从而更加有效地控制该病的发生。方法利用“中国疾病预防控制信息系统”报告与随访病人，并作分析与统计。及时对所有病例做流行病学调查，全部资料导入Excel作进一步分析。结果2001～2005年全市报告狂犬病153例，地区分布不平衡，病死率达100％；6～11月为高发季节，8月为发病最高峰；青壮年农民占报告总数的65％，儿童和学生占23．5％，男性显著多于女性。多数患者发病前被无主“野犬”多处咬伤。结论娄底市狂犬病的流行在2004年出现高峰后，2005年有了较明显的回落，表明娄底市在加大对该病的控制力度后，取得了一定的效果，但形势仍不容乐观，切不可放松警惕。Objective Epidemiological characteristics of rabies in Loudi City from 2001 to 2005 were analyzed in order to get a better understand of the epidemic situation and control effectiveness in the city in the past 5 years so as to provide scientific bases for further tactics for the control and prevention of human rabies in the city. Methods Data were collected and analyzed by China Information System for Diseases Control and Prevention, and epidemiological investigations were conducted whenever rabies cases were reported. All data were further analyzed by using MS Excel. Results A total number of 153 rabies cases with a fatality rate of 100 percent were reported, which werc unevenly distributed in the city in the past 5 years. Cases mostly occurred between June and November each year with peak in August. Young and middle - aged peasants amounted to 65 percent of the total cases ; children and pupils amounted to 23.5 percent. The number of male vic- tims was significantly larger than that of female ones. And most of the 153 patients got infected through bites of ＂street dogs＂ that badly wounded the victims on multiple sites. Conclusions Significant decrease of rabies cases was seen in 2005 after a peak in 2004, indicating that certain effectiveness had been achieved by comprehensive preventive measures. However, the situation was far from optimistic and greater efforts were needed to control the disease.
