摘　　要：在对京郊小城镇住宅情况调查研究的基础上,分析了健康住宅的技术要点,并结合北京传统健康建筑四合院的特点,为北京郊区建造健康住宅提供了理想的模式。The article is based on the investigation and study of the small town in the suburb of Beijing, analysis the main technology point ot healthy housing, and unifies the characteristic of Beijing＇ s traditional health the quadrangle house, provided the ideal eonstruction pattern for the Beijing suburb healthy housing.
