摘　　要：论述了构建高校实验基地的必要性，论证了建立实验课教学新体系是建设实验基地的前提，介绍了建设实验基地的指导思想、基本功能以及两种形式，以培养出适合当代科技发展的创新型人才。The following paper discusses the necessity of building experiment base in college, illustrates that the precondition of building experiment base is building new experimental teaching system, and introduees the guiding ideology, basic functions and two forms of building experiment base, in order to culture creative talents who are fit for contemporary teehnology development.
