摘　　要：房地产是国民经济的一个重要投资领域，投资风险客观存在，财务风险是房地产投资经济风险中的重要组成部分，是投资者决策时不可忽略的因素，运用财务分析相关原理分析了财务风险的相关内容，提出了评价与规避财务风险的方法，为投资者的决策提供一定的依据。The real estate is an important investment field of the national economy, the investment risk exists objectively, the financial risk is an important component in an economic risk of the real estate investment, it is the factor that investors can＇t be neglected while making policy. This text uses the financial affairs to analyse that has analysed the relevant contents of the financial risk in relevant principles, put forward and appraise and evade the method of the financial risk, offer certain basis for investors＇ decision.
