摘　　要：运用ATL（活动模板库）开发COM组件的技术，设计了基于COM的地图投影变换组件，开发的COM组件利用7个接口可以灵活实现网络上的地图投影变换服务等5项功能，实例表明，该COM组件具有广泛的适用性。With the ATL （Active Template Library） technology, a map projection transformation component based on. COM was designed and implemented. Through R＆D 7 COM interfaces are designed and 5 map projection transformation functions are developed. Development experiment shows that this component has widely applicability.
