摘 要:在转炉炼钢中,氧枪枪位直接关系到造渣、脱碳、升温及冶炼过程的平稳进行,因此对氧枪枪位的合理控制非常重要.基于这一点,本研究通过采集现场操作数据,利用V isual Basic 6.0编程语言开发参考曲线模型,用计算机绘制实时枪位变化曲线作为对枪位控制的参考曲线.氧枪进出水温差数据可间接反映炉内的过程温度,绘制氧枪进出水温差曲线,有利于控制过程温度平稳上升,最终准确到达终点目标温度.The slag forming, de-carbonization of the molten iron, and temperature steadiness during heating up and smelting processes in BOF steel making are to a great extent dependent on the lance position. Therefore, it is of importance to properly position the oxygen lanes in BOF steel making. By collecting field data and using the VB 6.0 application software, a reference curve was created by computer, and the lane position was controlled by comparing the reference curve with the one created based on the real-time position. In addition, since the water temperature difference between the inlet and outlet ina lance can indirectly reflect the temperature inside the converter, a curve representing the temperature difference vs. time was created and used to control the temperature steadiness occurring in heating the converter up to an ultimate targeted temperature.
