摘　　要：麻醉镇痛泵适用手术后患者,为其能适用于长期受疼痛折磨的患者,经过研究、分析、改进一次性麻醉镇痛泵,研制出可调节携便式镇痛泵,经临床使用,不但可减轻患者的疼痛,而且能大大减少患者止痛药剂量的使用,达到设计、预期的目的。PCA （patient-controlled-analgesia） was suited for post operation patients. In order to fit for a long period, we designed an adjusted and portable transfusion pumps based on single used pump. After clinical application, it was proved that this type of pump not only could remit pain of patients but also could reduce the dose of medicine and approached our demands.
