摘　　要：位于新疆伊犁河谷谷口的霍尔果斯口岸是我国西部地缘、人文优势突出,水土光热资源匹配的综合性陆路口岸,得天独厚的通商条件和中国与中亚各国经贸联系的客观需要,使以国际合作为核心的外向型经济发展成为口岸得以充分利用的经济资源,对外贸易、进出口加工、国际商务旅游为主导的产业格局初显端倪,国际边境合作中心、国际物流中心、工业园区、城市中心商务区(三大发展支柱、一大发展辅柱)四位一体的国际城镇化经济格局逐渐确立,向西陆路开放桥头堡的口岸功能在推进新疆及沿边地带经济繁荣和社会稳定战略中活力无限。Huoerguosi Port located in the mouth of Yili Valley is a synthesis overland port having the advantage of resources, geo-location, man-made culture, and accordant water, light, heat, land resources, in Xinjiang or west area. With the advantageous commercial condition and objective need of the economy trade contact between China and Middle Asia the extra-development becomes its biggest economic resources that would exert its potentiality and make use of its advantages. The external trade, trade-manufacture, international commercial tourism have become its major industry and would rapidly develope. The international urban economic pattern on the quaternary basis of international cooperation center, international material stream center, industrial garden, city center has gradually established. The port function of westward land bridge facing Middle Asia will generate the great impulse to carry forward the economic development and social stability.
