摘 要:研究了机械活化对湿排粉煤灰的粒度分布、所制净浆试件各龄期的强度及其水化产物的微观分析(XRD、SEM)的影响。结果表明:机械活化后,湿排粉煤灰粒度分布趋向优化。所制净浆试件各龄期强度随活化时间的延长而增大,且早期强度增幅较大,而后期强度增幅趋小。湿排粉煤灰中的10~20μm区间的颗粒对水泥净浆的抗压强度影响最大。The influence of mechanical activation towards granularity distributing of wet-discharged fly-ash, cement paste intensity of various age, micro-analysis (XRD, SEM) of hydration products were studied. The result indicated: After mechanical activation, the granularity distributing of wet-discharged fly-ash trended optimiTation. Cement paste intensity of various age increased along with the thinning time, and the early strength increased range was big, but the later period intensity increased range hastened slightly. The influence of 10μm-20μm sector of wet-discharged fly-ash granule were only biggest towards cement paste compressive strength.
