试论晋商信用的历史制度分析模式

摘　　要：文章在对历史制度分析的产生、形成及其理论创新进行详细阐述的基础上,着重分析了其博弈均衡的制度观、博弈论与历史经验的归纳性分析相结合的方法论特征,试图构建出一种适合晋商信用制度及其变迁研究的理论框架和分析模式,归纳晋商信用制度的演进轨迹,以期通过此方法的引入,推动晋商信用制度研究乃至整个晋商学取得新的进展。On the basis of the detailed elaboration on the creation, formation of the historical institutional analysis and its theoretical innovation, the article puts forward the connotation of the historical institutional analysis,and emphatically analyzes the institutional viewpoints of the game equilium and the methodology characteristic that combines the game theory together with the historical and empirical analysis of institutions. The author tries to set up a new kind of theory infrastructure and the analysis mode which is applicable to the credit system of Jin merchants and even to its changes, and concludes its evolutional track. With this methodology introduced, this paper hopes to push the research of the credit system to make more achievement.
