摘　　要：结合我国产品责任法存在的不足,并借鉴国外的成功经验,从产品概念、产品范围、归责原则、损害赔偿、法定免责规定、构建严格意义产品责任法、产品责任诉讼制度等几个方面,对完善我国产品责任法律制度进行了探讨。With consideration of the defects of Chinese law of product responsibility, drawing successful foreign practice, the paper expounds how to polish the legal system of product responsibility in China in terms of concept of products, scope of products, principles to blame, damage and claim and legal provisions of responsibility exemption. The author suggests formulating strict product responsibility law and product responsibility procedure system.
