泌尿生殖系病人解脲支原体和人型支原体的培养

摘  要:用添加狗血清的培养基对28例非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)、13例生殖系统炎症、42例男性不育女性不孕症以及4例习惯性流产患者的沁尿生殖道分泌物作解脲支原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)分离培养,结果Uu阳性率分别为393%、538%、690%和750%,Mh阳性率分别为214%、308%、466%(10/21)和250%,总的Uu和Mh阳性率分别为464%、692%、810%(17/21)和750%。此结果支持NGU、生殖系统炎症、不育症、不孕症和习惯性流产等疾病部分与Uu和Mh感染有关的观点,提示在本地人群中存在着值得注意的Uu和Mh感染问题。同时认为狗血清适用于Uu和Mh的分离培养。The urogenital tract specimens obtained from 28 patients with non gonococcal urethritis(NGU),and from 13 patients with genital system inflammatory disease,and from 42 patients with infertility ,and from 4 patients with abortion(spontaneous),were cultured for Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) and Mycoplasma hominimis(Mh) by using the medium supplemented with dog serium The positivity rates for Uu of the four groups mentioned above were 39 3%,69 0% and 75 0%,respectively The positivity rates for Mh were 21 0%,30 8%, 47 6% (10/21) and 25%, respectively; and the total positivity rates for Uu and Mh were 46 4%, 69 2%, 81%(17/21) and 75%,respectively This result supported the viepoint which considers Uu and Mh as etiologic agents in NGU, genital system inflammatory disease, infertility and spontaneous abortion,etc, and indicated that the exsistance of Uu and Mh infection among the inhabitants shoule be paied attention to Besides, dog serum was discovered to be suitable for the culture of Uu and Mh in this study
