摘　　要：角膜上皮功能异常所导致的角膜盲,在疾病早期往往仅需进行角膜上皮移植即可治愈。组织工程技术发展迅速,应用该技术构建的组织工程化角膜上皮层可成为角膜上皮移植的供体来源。综合探讨组织工程角膜上皮构建时种子细胞、载体材料的选择和构建方法。Transplantation of corneal epithelial grafts constructed ex vivo is now a standard procedure in the treatment of severe ocular surface disorders. With the development of tissue engineering, tissue engineered epithelial grafts becomes an important donor for corneal transplantation. This review will introduce some of the major contributions made during the past years in the advancement of seed cells, biomaterial carriers and forming methods of corneal epithelium reconstruction.
