摘　　要：用自制胎肝细胞质液（ＦＬＣ）对小鼠ＩＬ２系统的影响进行研究，结果表明ＦＬＣ对正常小鼠体内Ｔ淋巴细胞有诱生ＩＬ２的作用（Ｐ＜００５），可明显促进淋巴细胞ｍＩＬ２Ｒ的表达（Ｐ＜００１）和血清ｓＩＬ２Ｒ水平的降低（Ｐ＜００５）；对环磷酰胺免疫抑制后小鼠的ＩＬ２诱生、ｍＩＬ２Ｒ表达均有所改善（分别为Ｐ＜００５，Ｐ＜００１），提示ＦＬＣ对小鼠Ｔ淋巴细胞有一定程度活化和诱导ＩＬ２产生的作用，可降低小鼠血清ｓＩＬ２Ｒ水平。The effect of Fetal Liver Cytosol (FLC) on IL 2 system in mice was studied . Results indicated that FLC could induce IL 2 production of T lymphocytes, (P<0 05) and Obviously promote the expression of mIL 2R and decreaes the level of serum sIL 2R FLC could ameliorate resistance to the immumosuppressive effect caused by cyclophosphamide to IL 2 induction and mIL 2R expression, It suggested that FLC could activate T lymphocytes in certain degree, induce IL 2 production and reduce the level of sIL 2R in mice.
