摘　　要：用KF/Al2O3催化丙酮和甲醛缩合制备乙酰乙醇,并采用固定床反应方式,简化工艺过程,提高了生产效率,催化缩合收率高,选择性好,已工业化生产。4 - hydroxy- 2 - butanone was prepared by condensation of acetone with formaldehyde over KF/Al2O3 instead of the aqueous NaOH solution, the shortcoming in the old method such as polymer yielding and the neutralization with weak acid was overcome. Moreover, fixed bed was adopted to simplify the process and to raise the production efficiency. With the high condensation yield and fine selectivity, this new process has a great industrial value.
