摘 要:用8个转抗真菌蛋白基因恢复系,与3个不育系按8×3不完全双列杂交配制24个组合,分析了转基因恢复系对其杂种F1主要农艺性状的影响。结果表明:转基因恢复系在10个研究性状中均对杂种F1存在极显著效应;转基因恢复系所配杂种F1优势普遍存在,但组合间和性状间有所变化,不同受体亲本的转基因恢复系对杂种F1的优势效应也存在一定差异;杂种F1的株高、剑叶长、剑叶宽、穗长、有效穗数及千粒重与转基因恢复系对应性状呈极显著或显著正相关,而穗实粒数和结实率与恢复系关系甚微,对转基因恢复系主要农艺性状的合理选择可提高其杂种F1的遗传选育效率。Eight restorer lines of hybrid rice, by which transferred with antifungal protein genes using biolistic bombardment, were chosen to estimate the effect of transgenic restorer lines on agronomic traits of F1 hybrid rice by the way of incompleted diallel cross with three male-sterile lines. The result obtained showed that,all of agronomic traits of F1 hybrid rice were obviously affected by transgenic restorer line. Heteresis of transgenic hybrid is widespread and various for different traits in a variety or different varieties in the same trait,they also revealed that heterosis is different fairly in transgenic hybrids whose ori/~nated from different non-transductive original cuhivars. Coefficients of correlation in the same trait between transgenic restorer lines and F1 hybrid rice, such as plant height, flag leaf length, flag leaf width, panicle length, number of panicles and 1000-grain weight were positively significant at 0.01 or at 0.05 level, indicated that selecting parents on main agronomic traits reasonably is very important to improving the efficiency of hybrid rice breeding.
