摘  要:通过农杆菌(Agrobacterium tumefaciens)介导法,对中花11成熟胚愈伤组织进行T-DNA转化,构建了含1489个独立的再生转化株系的突变体库,不仅为水稻功能基因组提供了一个有效的研究平台,还创造了一些具有优良农艺性状的突变材料,为水稻育种提供新的基因资源。插入第1代单本移栽且单本收获,第2代播种1066个家系,在水稻各个生育阶段从中独立筛选得到各类外形突变体66个。经过第三代重复筛选获得包括茎、叶、花和穗变异等各类突变52份。结果表明,外观性状的突变频率为3.4%。T-DNA can be inserted with high efficiency into the genome of the rice variety" Zhonghual 1 ( Oryza sativa L, ), which was transformed using the Agrobacterium-mediated co-cuhivation method, resulting in 1489 independent transgenetic rice plants that carry T-DNA fragments, It not only provids a valid research plaffornfor the function genomies in rice, but also creates some mutants vddl the good agriculture characters, and provide some new gene resources for rice breeding. TI generation was transplanted and harvested by each single plant . 1066 of T2 generation were planted. 66 phenotypic mutants were scanned in term of their performance at every growing stage. 52 mutants including stalk, leaf, bloomand panicle variations were identified and selected In T3 generation repeatedly.The results indicated that the mutation frequency of morphological character was 3,4 %,
