放线菌活性产物对烟草赤星病抑制作用的初步筛选研究

摘　　要：通过孢子萌发法从278份放线菌发酵液提取物中筛选出对烟草赤星病菌[Akemaria altemate（Fr．）Keissler]孢子萌发抑制率在50．00％～100．00％的有34份，占总发酵液提取物的12．23％；离体叶片悬滴法测定了孢子萌发抑制率70％以上的发酵液提取物对赤星病的防治作用，防治效果在50％以上的有17份；并进一步在温室盆栽植株上对防治效果进行了验证试验。Through the method of conidia gennination, the existing 278 fermentation broth extracts of Acfinomycetes were selected for in vitro toxicological testing.The research results indicated that 34 samples screened,which occupied the 12.23 % of the total fermentation broth extract samples, showed the conidia gemfination inhibition rate at 50.00 % - 100.00 %. Inoculated the detached leave of tobacco, the samples with the eonidia germination inhibition rate over 70 % were selected for further prevention effect testing and 17 samples exhibited the prevention effect rate over 50 %. The prevention effects were further verified in a greenhouse experiment.
