四川西部山区茄子黄萎病菌种类鉴定及致病性分化研究

摘　　要：从四川西部山区雅安5县(区)茄子黄萎病株上分离到轮枝菌64株,通过对菌株的形态特征、生物特性,以及运用PCR技术的鉴定,结果表明所有菌株均为大丽轮枝菌(Verticillium dahliaeKleb)。用其中46个大丽轮枝菌单孢菌株,对眉州茄苗期根部接种,测定致病性,根据接种21 d的病株率、30 d的病情指数和45 d的枯死率,将供试菌株的致病性类型划分为II、I和III型,表明供试菌株有明显的致病性分化。Sixty four Verticillium isolates were isolated from Verticillium wilt specimens of eggplant in mountain area of western Sichuan. They were used to identify the species of Verticillium. The result showed that the species in Verticillium wilt of eggplant was Verticillium dahliae Kleb. 46 isolates were inoculated to test the pathogenicity,using soil inoculation method at eggplant seeding stage. All the tested isolateds were pathogenic to eggplant, but there was considerable variation in pathogenicity among them. According to the disease incidence on 21 d,index on 30 d and percentage of mortality on 45 d, forty six strains of Verticillium dahliae were divided into three pathogenicity types.
