泛珠三角区域水旱灾害经济损失评价

摘　　要：从区域的视角,对泛珠三角区域水旱灾害经济损失进行分析与评价,结果表明:泛珠三角区域灾害直接经济损失主要是由水灾和旱灾引起,水灾损失整体大于旱灾损失,但旱灾损失也占有较大的比例,洪涝与干旱都是区域经济发展的制约因素,各省(区)水旱灾害经济损失都呈上升趋势。建议加大对海南、江西、广西和云南等省(区)的水旱灾害防治投入;加强区域内各省(区)防汛抗旱的协调与合作,协同应对区域性的灾害。The economic loss brought by flood and drought disasters in the Pan-Pearl River Delta （PPRD） is analyzed and evaluated. The results show that flood and drought are the major natural disasters that cause direct economic loss in the region. Generally the loss caused by flood is larger than that by drought. In recent years the total economic loss caused by those disasters tends to increase in the provinces of the PPRD. The disasters have been the restricted factors to regional economic development. The authors suggest that investment be increased in disaster forecast and disaster reduction, and coordination and cooperation among the provinces of the PPRD on natural disaster reduction be strengthened.
