摘 要:强干扰电压下线路工频参数的测量是一个较难解决的问题。为此,通过分析目前国内外工频参数测试技术的现状,介绍了基于同步电源的工频参数测试新方法的原理和现场测试方法。该方法成功地解决了强干扰电压下的一次线路工频参数的测量难题,对促进继电保护的运行管理水平和电网的安全稳定运行具有很大的推动作用。It is a difficult problem to measure power frequency parameters of transmission lines in high interferential voltage surroundings. In this paper, the state of arts of power frequency parameter measurement of transmission lines at home and abroad is analyzed. Then a new measuring way based on synchronous power supply is presented with its elements and on-site measurement procedure described. This method successfully solves the difficult problem of measuring power frequency parameters of primary lines in high interferential voltage surroundings, which greatly promotes the operation management of relay protection and the safe and stable operation of power grid.
