摘　　要：在黑龙江省建设生态农业,走生态经济发展之路是富民强省的重要途径。通过对我省生态农业的现状分析,可以看出我省生态环境功能有所下降,要建设生态农业,必须解决生态农业补贴存在的问题,确保农业安全。Constructing ecological agriculture, taking the way of ecological and economical devel- opment in Heilongjiang Province is the important path to prosperous people and strong province, This article analyzed present situations of ecological agriculture in Heilongjiang province. It was found that the ecological environment function started to drop, In order to construct the ecological agriculture, existing problem of the ecological agriculture subsidy must be solved and the agricultural security should be guaranteed.
