摘　　要：作者采用随机单盲分组法对３６０例口腔扁平苔藓（ＬＰ）进行了口服氯化喹啉与局注确炎舒松－Ａ的疗效对比。结果显示确炎舒松－Ａ或确炎舒松－Ａ加服氯化喹啉的近期疗效均优于氯化喹啉组。故局注确炎舒松－Ａ或同时加服氯化喹啉是治疗ＬＰ的有效方法，值得推广。In this study, single blind grouping method was applied to compare the effect of chloroquine and triamcinolone-A which were used to treat 360 cases of oral lichen planus. The results showed the effect of local injecting triamcinolone-A was better than that of taking chloroquine, and also was better than that of taking triamcinolone-A accompanied of chloroquine.Therefore, they were two effective ways to cure OLP and worthy of broading
