摘  要:选取8周龄健康土杂鸡240羽,采用单因子试验设计,随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复40羽,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组日粮为每羽基础日粮添加3 g圆叶决明种子粉(120目),试验期30 d。观测圆叶决明对土杂鸡生产性能、血脂指标、肌肉胆固醇含量、肝脏中3-羟基-3甲基戊二酰辅酶A(HM G-CoA)还原酶活性及转氨酶活性的影响。结果表明:①在肉鸡生产性能方面,对照组和试验组没有显著差异(P>0.05);②圆叶决明种子粉能明显降低肉鸡血清总胆固醇(TCHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度酯蛋白含量(LDL-C)(P<0.05),显著升高血清高密度酯蛋白(HDL-C)含量(P<0.05);③试验组肉鸡肌肉的总胆固醇(TCHO)和甘油三酯(TG)含量比对照组显著降低(P<0.05);④通过对肉鸡谷丙转氨酶(A ST)、谷草转氨酶(ALT)活性的检测,表明饲喂圆叶决明种子粉对肉鸡肝脏没有损伤作用;⑤圆叶决明种子粉剂能显著降低3-羟基-3甲基戊二酰辅酶A(HM G-CoA)还原酶活性。Effect of feeding Chamaecrista rotundifolia seed powder on the cholesterol metabolism of native chicken and its mechanism were investigated in Fuzhou area. 240 healthy 8 week-old chickens were randomly divided into two groups by using single factor design, each group has tree replications. The chickens in control group were given basic daily feed, the chickens in experimental group were given basic daily feed and 3 g of Charnaecrista rotundifolia seed power (120 mesh) per bird, the experiment was lasted for 30 d. The results showed that, there was no significant difference in chicken productivity between two groups (P〉0.05). Feeding Charnaecrista rotundifolia seed powder significant deduced TCHO, TG, LDL-C contents in the chicken serum (P〈0.05) and increased HDL- C content (P〈0.05). TCHO and TG contents in the chicken muscle of experimental chicken group were significantly lower than that of control (P〈0.05). The test to AST and ALT of experimental chicken showed that feeding Chamaecrista rotundifolia seed powder had no harmful effect on chicken liver. Charnaecrista rotundifolia seed powder significantly decreased the HMG-CoA reductase activity.
