摘　　要：在医疗服务过程中,如何提高和控制医疗质量。我院近几年来围绕医院医疗质量研究,逐步建立了医疗质量管理和控制体系(即“6·2·3”医疗质量控制体系),使我院的医疗质量和医疗服务水平得到较大的提升。In course of medical treatment service, how to improve and control medical quality is puzzling supervisors in hospital. We are working up medical treatment quality control system in our hospital（ “6·2 ·3）medical treatment quality control system）, establishing medical treatment quality control standard, performing medical technique and personnel admittance system, constituting medical information feedback system, improving and training to the professional to make the great progress in the qualities of the medical and the skill of the medical service of our hospital.
