摘  要:双氧水是一种绿色化工产品,它广泛的应用于医药、军工、化学品合成、纺织、造纸、环保、食品、冶金、农业等领域。本文介绍了双氧水主要的生产方法,并从催化剂、溶剂和氢化工艺3个方面来阐述蒽醌法双氧水生产的研究进展,指出了生产双氧水的蒽醌加氢工艺采用流化床氢化工艺取代固定床将是国内生产双氧水的发展方向。Hydrogen peroxide is a cleaner chemical product and has been applied extensively in the medicine, war industry, synthesis of chemical products, textile, paper making, environment protection, food industry, metallurgy industry, agriculture etc. The main methods and progress in the production of hydrogen peroxide from anthroquinone including the hydrogenation of anthroquinone, the catalyst and solvent, are reviewed. It is suggested that fluidized bed process will replace fixed bed process in the hydrogenation of anthroquinone and become the developing tendency of the hydrogen peroxide production.
