摘　　要：选择性脊神经后根切断术应用中的几点改进河北医科大学第三医院小儿骨科（０５００５１）王汉林河南省商水县人民医院骨科（４６６１００）王奇峰河北省邯郸矿务局王凤煤矿医院骨科（０５６２００）徐杰东自Ｆａｓａｎｏ１９７８年首次报告选择性脊神经后根切断术（Ｓｅｌ...Abstract children with myospasm were treated through selective posterior rhizotomy(SPR).Among them.28 cases were mate, 16 female. Their age was 3-14 years old with an average of 7.38 cases were cerabral palsy with myospasmy,but one was with mixed type,5 cases were sequel of cerebritis,1 case was sequel of brain trauma. All cases had muscular tension.Their tendon renexes were over active.1 case had' SPR in the both sides of the neck,2 cases with sPR in the one side. 38 cases had SPR in the both sides of the low back,3 cases with SPR in the one side.The following-up time was 1/2-2 years.The results showed that the myospasm and deformities in 41 cases were almost disappeared.The muscular tension reduced 2-3 degree. The function of the upper and lower limbs were improved a great deal.Only 2 cases had dull sense.2 cases had further soft tissue relaxation because of existing some deformities,1 case had a mild talipes equinus because of mistreating posterior root during the operation Authers had changed the patient' operating position,anaesthesia method,exposing means of the spinat canal,measurement of threshold value of electric stimulation and the proportion of outting neural filaments. The final result showed that the changed methods had not only improved the treatment effects.but also made SPR wildly used,properly.
