摘　　要：本文叙述一种特殊缝焊工艺及其专用缝焊机和控制设备的特点。并通过工艺试验确定了合理焊接规范参数。该工艺属塑性焊接。经拍片和机械强度检验,证明焊接接头无内部缺陷并符合技术要求。The features of a special seam welding, seam welding machine and control devices are described in this paper.The rational welding conditions are determined by tests.The process belongs to the plastic welding process.The photograph and mechanical robustness tests show that the welding joints have no internal defects and accord with the technical requirements.
