脑蛋白水解物注射液治疗阿尔茨海默病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的验证脑蛋白水解物注射液对阿尔茨海默病的治疗效果。方法治疗组(A组)予舒血宁注射液20 mL及脑蛋白水解物注射液20 mL静脉滴注,1次／d,对照纽(B组)予舒血宁注射液20 mL及胞二磷胆碱0．5 g静脉滴注,1次／d;治疗前后应用相应的量表进行评估。结果治疗3周后两组均有疗效,但A组在智力(MMSE)、记忆力(WMS)、日常生活及活动能力(ADL)及临床总体疗效(CGI)方面明显优于B组。结论脑蛋白水解物注射液能迅速改善大脑的血液供应,促进有氧代谢,对阿尔茨海默病具有较好的治疗作用。Objective To verify the efficacy of cerebroprotein hydrohysate injection in the treatment of Alzheimer＇ disease （AD）. Methods In the treatment group （group A）, shuxuening injection （20 mL） and cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection （20 mL） were administrated for intravenous injection, once daily. In the control group （group B）, with the conventional treatment, shuxuening injection （20 mL） and citicoline injection （0.5 g） were administrated for intravenous injection, once daily. Before the treatment and after the treatment they were evaluated with the corresponding scales. Results Both methods were effective 3 weeks later. The scores of MMSE, WMS, ADL and the total clinical curative effect of group A were significantly better than those of group B. Conclusion Cerebroprotein hydrolyate injection can rapidly improve the blood supply to brain, promote the aerobic oxidative, and it also had better effect in the treatment of AD.
