高效液相色谱法测定阿奇霉素葡萄糖注射液的含量

摘　　要：目的采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定阿奇霉素葡萄糖注射液的含量。方法以phenomenex C18柱为分析柱,流动相为乙腈-水(80:20),流速为1．0mL／min,检测波长为205 nm,柱温为40℃;以峰面积外标法计算含量。结果阿奇霉素葡萄糖注射液浓度在0．5-5 g／L浓度范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0．997 2,平均回收率为99．8％,RSD=0．9％(n=6)。结论HPLC法操作简便、快速,结果准确可靠,重现性好,可用于测定阿奇霉素葡萄糖注射液的含量。Objective To develop a HPLC method for determining azithromyein and glucose injection. Methods The HPLC was carried with column phenomenex-C18 Qet at 40℃ and mobile phase composed of CH3CN-H2O（80：20）, with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detective wavelength was 205 nm. Results The standard curve of azithromycin was linear in the concentration from 0.5- 5 mg/mL（ r = 0. 997 2）,the average recovery rate was 99.8%, RSD =0.9%（n =6）. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and accurate for the determination of azithromycin in azithromycin and glucose injection.
