摘　　要：结合上海轨道交通的建设和发展过程,认为建立清分系统是实现轨道交通网络内不同线路在收费区内便捷换乘、进行票务收入合理清分的重要基础。从需求背景、功能定位以及技术措施等方面,分析清分系统的建设内容,提出可供借鉴的方案和经验。In accordance with the process of the construction and development of Shanghai rail transit, the paper deems that the establishment of the account settlement and distribution system is an important basis for implementing convenient interchanges among different lines within fare-collecting areas in the rail transit network as well as for the reasonable account settlement and distribution of ticket revenues. In term s of the requirement background, f unctionality orientation and technical measures, etc. of the account settlement and distribution system, this paper analyzes the contents for the system construction thereof and proposes scenarios and experience for reference.
