摘  要:通过理论分析提出在冷冻外科疗法中采用自吸式液体CO2冷冻刀,并对外径分别为3.0、2.2及1.7 mm的节流毛细管进行了可行性实验.结果表明:液体CO2质量流量受毛细管长度、内径、压降的影响,通过毛细管节流可以从根本上解决因三相点而产生的堵塞问题;节流降压后CO2的温度低于“凝固危险温度区”温度,冷冻耗量仅为7 kg/h.同时,由于液体CO2价格便宜,使用液体CO2冷冻刀的成本较低,具有较好的经济性,对丰富冷冻外科治疗方法有着十分重要的价值.Heat transfer of creature tissues is largely related to blood perfusion, and then minishing blood perfusion has double senses in the cryotherapy. Based on the theoretical analysis, a vacuum liquid CO2 cryoprobe was proposed and its feasibility was investigated using capillary tubes, with external diameters were of 3.0 mm, 2. 2 mm and 1.7 mm respectively. The results of experimental study show that mass flow rate of liquid CO2 was related to lengths, internal diameters, and pressure drop of capillary tubes. Blocking problem which arose from CO2 's three phases point was solved by adopting gradual pressure drop. In addition, the temperature of liquid CO2 was lower than the ' frozen dangerous temperature zone' after its pressure decreased, and CO2-consuming quantity was only 7 kg/h. Therefore it would be quite economical and feasible in cryosurgery.
