摘 要:根据京沪液氯泄漏的一些数据,选取液氯泄漏的瞬间为研究范围,设定液氯泄漏的瞬间为2 min,大气压力为10.132 5 kPa,温度为15℃,风速为6 m/s,假设液氯泄漏后全部变成蒸气,重气云团半径为10 m,利用重气云扩散模型盒子模型,对氯气云团扩散后果进行定量计算,得到氯气泄漏瞬间的伤害范围分别是致死区0.042 9 km2,重伤区0.097 9 km2,轻伤区1.067 km2。据此判断,氯气泄漏事故后果非常严重。提出了该模型的不足和需要改进的地方。According to some data of liquid chlorine leakage in Beijing and Shanghai, the transient time of the leakage is selected as the study area, assuming that the transient time of the leakage is 2 min, air pressure is 10. 132 5 kPa, the temperature is 15 ℃ and the wind speed is 6 m/s, If the liquid chlorine all changes into vapor after the leakage, the radius of heavy cloud lumps is 10 m, diffusion model of heavy cloud box model is used to conduct quantitative calculations on the consequences of the diffusion, finding out the hazard area of the transient time of the leakage, dead area 0.042 9 km^2, severe injury area 0.097 9 km^2 and light injury area 1.06 km^2. Judging from it, the consequences of the leakage are serious. The shortcomings and the places needed to be improved are also put forward.
