摘　　要：卫生事业关系国民健康、社会稳定和经济发展的大局,政府要明确自己的监管角色,通过加强对医院的监管,为医院确立科学发展理念,逐步推进和深化我国的医疗体制改革,用市场化不断推动医院发展。明确政府的监管角色,理顺政府行业管理和医院内部运行机制之间的关系,有利于医院健康发展和调动医务人员的工作积极性,有利于解决百姓看病难、看病贵的问题。Health care counts much for civil health, social stability and economic development.The government should understand its role of supervision, gradually promoting and deepening the reform of health careservice system by strengthening the supervision on hospital and establishing scientific idea ofdevelopment for hospital, and driving the development of hospital by means of market forces.Understanding the supervisory role of government can harmonize the relationship between thetrade administration of government and the inner operation mechanism of hospital, which will encourage the healthy development of hospital and staff＇s enthusiasm and will help to resolve theproblem of ＂difficult and expensive to see a doctor＂.
