摘  要:通过建立R290/CO2复叠式制冷系统实验台,对R290/CO2蒸气压缩复叠式制冷循环进行了实验研究,结果表明,CO2循环在较低温度下运行,黏性对CO2经过压缩机的性能影响较大,对流过管路的影响较小,CO2压缩机的压力比高于R290压缩机的压力比,但由于CO2压缩机由吸入的较低温度的工质冷却,CO2压缩机的排气温度低于R290压缩机的排气温度;CO2循环的能量损失较大,使得CO2循环的性能系数低于R290循环的性能系数.在CO2循环中可利用无吸排气阀的回转式压缩机,用膨胀机代替节流阀,以提高R290/CO2复叠式制冷循环的性能系数.Experiment of vapor compression cascaded refrigeration cycle with R290 and CO2 as the refrigerants was carried out by setting up R290/CO2 cascaded refrigeration system. The results show that the viscosity of CO2 at low temperature has less effect on the flow in pipeline than that in compressor. The pressure ratio of CO2 compressor is higher than that of R290 compressor, However, the discharge temperature of CO2 compressor is lower than that of R290 compressor because the CO2 compressor is cooled by CO2 fluid sucked in compressor at lower temperature. The coefficient of performance of CO2 cycle is lower than that of R290 cycle, due to the larger energy losses of CO2 cycle. The coefficient of performance of R290/CO2 cascaded refrigeration cycle can be enhanced by using rotary compressor without suction and discharge valves and by replacing throttle with expander in CO2 low temperature cycle.
