摘　　要：针对220 kV/110 kV变电所、中小水电站等小型调度场合,开发了一种高性价比的通信汇接机。系统采用模块化结构和单片机技术,具有简单、实用、灵活、可靠的特点。文中对该系统的硬件结构和软件设计作了详细介绍。The development of a communication dispatching tandem exchange with higher price/performance ratio for the demands from the 220 kV/110 kV substations and small-medium sized hydropower stations is introduced, which is developed with the module structure and MCU （Mono-Chip Computer） technique. It is simple, practical, agile and reliable, The hardware structure and the software design are described in detail herein.
